に関わらず／にかかわらず／に拘わらず

Meaning:

regardless of.

Example:

私はなぜか、ルックスに関わらず三枚目の人を好きになることが多いです。

I often find myself falling for jokers, regardless of their looks.

結婚式は天候に関わらず催されるだろう。

The wedding ceremony will be held regardless of the weather.

どうせ、時間に関わらず、俺が先に来てなかったら、さっさとネカフエヘ行く腹積もりだったんだろう。

No doubt, regardless of the time, she was planning to go to the net café without me if I hadn't arrived first.

Note: Don't confuse 「にも拘らず」with [に関わらず]

にも拘らず means in spite of.

Example:

嵐にも関わらず彼は出ていった

In spite of the storm, he went out.

裕福であるにもかかわらず、彼は幸福ではない。

Though he is wealthy he is not happy.

[に関わらず] and [に拘わらず] despite the different kanji will be the same meaning.
